Develop a framework for evaluating a department’s key performance measures.
Develop key performance indicators based on best practices.
Verify feasibility of collecting data, data update methodology, and document frequency of update and related administration information.
Develop performance dashboards for portfolio and sub-portfolios.
Pilot dashboards, collect feedback, and revise accordingly.
Aggregate project information to be used at portfolio level.
Analyze aggregated project information to understand portfolio performance; report to management on analysis and trends.
Support other team members in functions of the Project Management Office (PMO), tasked with assisting project managers, schedule and cost development, reporting, project closeout, and lessons learned.
2 to 4 years of experience in construction, facilities, owner’s representative or other engineering or technical field.
Bachelors in construction management, construction engineering, architecture, engineering or technical field.
Masters in construction management or construction engineering a plus.
